to The Wild Swan, a Thornbridge and Co. pub situated in the heart of bustling Holborn.
It is the fifth venue in the Thornbridge & Co. portfolio, a joint venture between the award winning Thornbridge Brewery and national multi-site operator the Pivovar Group. It represents a major milestone for the business as it expands its distinctive, quality-led pub offering into London.
The Wild Swan stays true to the Thornbridge & Co ethos, with a strong focus on exceptional drinks, thoughtful design and a welcoming all-day experience. The perfect place to catch up with friends, unwind after work or simply find a comfortable, space to indulge in our excellent selection of craft beer and delicious pizzas.
THE FOOD
Our pizza chefs craft the best Milanese style pizzas, our dough is made fresh every morning using the finest Italian pizza flour and our very own Green Mountain beer. A selection of bar snacks, nibbles and salads are also available.
The Drinks
At the heart of the pub is a rotating line-up of high-quality cask ales, featuring beers from Thornbridge Brewery alongside guest pours from other respected craft brewers. This sits alongside a carefully curated keg selection, an extensive wine list, spirits from across the globe, hand-picked soft drinks and locally sourced coffee and tea.
THE VENUE
A standout feature of the pub is a bespoke stained-glass window, created exclusively for the venue, adding a distinctive design element and a sense of character to the space.
The Wild Swan is the first pub in the UK to receive BREEAM Excellence certification, the world’s longest running, science-based sustainability certification system.
